Nate is a certified public accountant who has been working in public accounting and finance since earning a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Liberty University. He is currently a partner at Value Analytics, LLC and has specialized education and experience in business valuation, economic damages analysis, and forensic accounting. Keith A. Pinkerton Partner

Keith specializes in preparing business appraisals and economic analysis. A substantial portion of his work has involved the management of dispute resolution projects and he has provided expert witness testimony in dozens of cases across a wide variety of venues.

From 2012-2018 he was an adjunct faculty member at Boise State University providing both graduate and undergraduate instruction in Finance. Prior to his business appraisal career, Keith worked as an Economist for USDA. He has significant experience with economic development and humanitarian aid programs and has traveled extensively throughout the former Soviet Union.

Keith earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of South Florida and completed his MBA at Baylor University. He has been a presenter at national business valuation conferences and has authored or co-authored numerous articles featured in business valuation publications. Dennis Reinstein, CPA/ABV, ASA, CVA

Dennis Reinstein has over 40 years of experience helping clients to value their businesses, resolve disputes, plan and execute business transitions, prepare and analyze financial statements, and minimize taxes.

Dennis now specializes in dispute resolution, where he helps clients determine and prove economic damages in both commercial and personal injury cases. He is regularly tasked with analyzing complex matters and presenting solutions that are both understandable and beneficial for clients.

Dennis is a founding member of the team. He holds degrees in Agribusiness and Accounting from the University of Idaho.  He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers, and the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential from the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts (NACVA).

Susan M. Langley, CPA, CFE

Sue has over 16 years of tax and accounting experience, working in public accounting,  the private sector, and the non-profit world.  She enjoys working with small business owners in the start-up phase as well as for consultation and tax planning.  Sue is also a Certified Fraud Examiner with experience in litigation support and forensic accounting.
